Congrats Hanson Inc!
RT @HansonInc: We’re proud to be named to The Blade’s Top Workplaces of 2015 for the second year in a row! Toledo @toledonews | http://bit.ly/1JOvBbX
Steve Hanson, the owner of Hanson Inc, owns the film rights to Kahlil Gibran’s book The Prophet. He and Hanson’s COO, Jenny Jacob, have been working with a whole raft of Hollywood stars and producers, including Salma Hayek, to turn the book into an animated feature film.
Part of the movie was shown at this year’s Cannes film festival. A few of us at the office pulled some late nights to put together a small site for the premier. Ryan Forquer designed the site using art from the movie, Joel Trzcinski handled the phone calls with Hollywood types, and I put the site together.
Last week I saw about 20 minutes of the movie, and all I can say is that it’s going to be spectacular. You can view the site at gibransprophetmovie.com and follow @gibransprophet on Twitter for more information.
Thanks again to the Toledo Web Professionals for allowing me to give this presentation, and to everyone at Hanson that contributed material and/or helped out. As promised, below are the notes and links from my talk.Read More →
